具有博士學(xué)位、正高級(jí)職稱(chēng)，具有在三甲醫(yī)院從事本專(zhuān)業(yè)10年及以上工作經(jīng)歷，具有突出的臨床技術(shù)特長(zhǎng)和較強(qiáng)的科室管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，原則上年齡在55周歲及以下。

博士生導(dǎo)師、醫(yī)師協(xié)會(huì)或醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)主任委員或副主任委員，年齡可放寬至60周歲。

待遇

以年薪計(jì)為50-100萬(wàn)：含有按照國(guó)家政策及醫(yī)院規(guī)定正常發(fā)放工資獎(jiǎng)金及福利待遇以及每月給予稅前1-2萬(wàn)元工作補(bǔ)貼，連續(xù)3年;

給予工作啟動(dòng)資金100-200萬(wàn)元，用于科研、專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)習(xí)、新技術(shù)項(xiàng)目開(kāi)展等。
